How fast can you get to my home?
Most repair calls are same-day during the heating season. For a true no-heat emergency, our 24/7 line averages a 2-hour response across the Twin Cities metro. You also get a heads-up call when the technician is 30 minutes away.
What does a service call cost?
A flat $89 diagnostic. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived. You see a written estimate for parts and labor before any work starts, and the number on the invoice matches it.
Do you work on every furnace and AC brand?
Yes. We service all major brands, including Carrier, Lennox, Trane, Bryant, Rheem and Goodman. Our trucks carry the common ignitors, flame sensors, capacitors and motors so most repairs finish in one visit.
What warranty comes with your work?
Repairs carry a 1-year parts and labor warranty: if the same fault comes back within 12 months, we return at no charge. New furnace installations include a 10-year labor warranty on top of the manufacturer's equipment warranty.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Every job is handled by a licensed, insured, NATE-certified technician from our own crew. We do not subcontract your repair or installation.
Do you help with rebates and financing?
Yes. We handle Xcel Energy and CenterPoint rebate paperwork on qualifying furnace, AC and heat pump installs, and document the federal 30% heat pump tax credit. Ask for details when we quote your project.
