Why is my air conditioner running but not cooling?
The most common causes are low refrigerant from a leak, a dirty condenser or evaporator coil, a failed capacitor or a weak blower. A diagnostic identifies which one.
Why is there ice on my AC lines?
Ice usually means restricted airflow or low refrigerant. Turn the system off so the ice can melt, replace the filter and call us. Running it frozen can damage the compressor.
What does an AC repair cost?
The diagnostic is a flat $89, waived if you proceed with the repair. You approve a written estimate before work begins.
Do you handle refrigerant leaks?
Yes. We perform leak detection and EPA-compliant recharge, and carry R-410A and R-454B refrigerants on our trucks.
Should I repair or replace a 12-year-old AC?
If the problem is a capacitor, contactor or blower, repair is usually the better value. If the compressor has failed on a unit 12 or more years old, we will tell you honestly whether replacement makes more sense.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes, 1 year on parts and labor. If the same fault recurs within 12 months we return at no charge.
